Dealers / Wholesale

• Register at least 10 vehicles a week with a 75% turnover rate — no seller's fee applies at that volume
• Verifiable bank account details required
• ₦1,000 registration fee per car
• Telephone number and email address of the company director required
• Seller's fee on sale: 1.95% (1.65% introductory rate); buyer's fee: 2.15%
• Wholesalers must be registered dealers with a valid CAC document
• Dealer (wholesaler) registration is free for the first month after launch, then ₦25,000 yearly
• Unclaimed or unpaid vehicles re-entered into the next auction are exempt from the ₦1,000 registration fee

A fully refundable deposit of ₦500,000 is required to participate in wholesale auctions. If a buyer fails to complete payment within 5 working days of winning, the deposit is forfeited.

• Sold vehicles must be picked up from the vehicle location/warehouse between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (non-negotiable), or 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
• All vehicles listed for sale must have complete, verifiable customs documentation before listing.
• Unsold vehicles must be removed from the premises within 72 hours, after which a daily storage fee of ₦5,000 applies.
• Payment for a won vehicle is due within 48 hours of the auction closing — a late payment fee of ₦15,000 applies after that.
• Vehicle registration is valid for 12 months, after which re-registration is required.
• Vehicles cannot be picked up without a printed copy of your gate pass.

Delivery companies are not owned by Nexovico. Any arrangement made with a delivery company is at your own risk.
