Auction Requirements
Eligibility
Exotic auctions cover luxury vehicles up to 5 years old from their manufacturing date.
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Acceptance of Nexovico's Terms & Conditions
- Bidders must comply with all applicable local laws
- Government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, or NIN) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Business registration document, where applicable
- Refundable bidding deposit of ₦10 million
Bidding Conditions
- All bids are legally binding
- A winning bid constitutes a binding purchase agreement
- Bids cannot be retracted or withdrawn, except in documented or verifiable system errors
- Minimum bid increment: ₦100,000
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or POS
- Failure to pay within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit
All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for independent inspections — mileage, originality, and restoration details are seller-declared.
General Requirements
- Sold vehicles must be picked up from the vehicle location/warehouse between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (non-negotiable), or 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
- All vehicles listed for sale must have complete, verifiable customs documentation before listing.
- Unsold vehicles must be removed from the premises within 72 hours, after which a daily storage fee of ₦5,000 applies.
- Payment for a won vehicle is due within 48 hours of the auction closing — a late payment fee of ₦15,000 applies after that.
- Vehicle registration is valid for 12 months, after which re-registration is required.
- Vehicles cannot be picked up without a printed copy of your gate pass.
Delivery companies are not owned by Nexovico. Any arrangement made with a delivery company is at your own risk.
