Auction Requirements
Public Auction Requirements
- ₦5,000 registration fee to collect your bidder ID
- Minimum age of participation: 21 years
- Buyer's fee: 2.75%
- A valid driver's license and NIN are required
- Refundable deposit of ₦2.5 million (refunded 24 hours after the auction)
- A verifiable telephone number and bank account are required
- Auctions run every Saturday, 9am to 12pm
General Requirements
- Sold vehicles must be picked up from the vehicle location/warehouse between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (non-negotiable), or 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
- All vehicles listed for sale must have complete, verifiable customs documentation before listing.
- Unsold vehicles must be removed from the premises within 72 hours, after which a daily storage fee of ₦5,000 applies.
- Payment for a won vehicle is due within 48 hours of the auction closing — a late payment fee of ₦15,000 applies after that.
- Vehicle registration is valid for 12 months, after which re-registration is required.
- Vehicles cannot be picked up without a printed copy of your gate pass.
Delivery companies are not owned by Nexovico. Any arrangement made with a delivery company is at your own risk.
